Drew this one during a church discussion a few weeks ago. I like the way it came out without her eyes. Reminds me of that character from Sin City. Only less violent and less Elijah Woodsy.
Sin City is a pretty cool flick. Elijah Wood’s character is probably my favorite. He never speaks in the film, and essentially all you see is his silhouette and glasses as he slices people. The acting is kinda dry in the film, but it’s great visually. I recommend the film, just keep the kiddies away. There’s lots of blood and cursin’.
I almost bought it today, in fact. I like Frank Miller’s work… what little of it I have.
But I settled on “The Abominable Dr. Phibes” with Vincent Price, from 1971. It’s pretty cool. Vincent Price tries to kill nine people (succeeds with eight) in manners based on the curses God sent to Egypt in Exodus. For example, one lady gets eaten by locusts while she sleeps. And the effects are totally archaic, but cool nonetheless…
Neat.
BTW…It’s Kristina with a “K” (as if it mattered).
Is it a good or bad thing that I haven’t seen Sin City, and therefore don’t know what the hell you mean?
I’ve fixed the title. Thanks for clarifying.

Haha sounds like a keeper.
