I realize I should be writing about my California trip and displaying photos and whatnot. But I ran across this video today and I think it’s worth reposting. Most of my readers are local folks who know a thing or two about the city called Hialeah, and they definitely know a thing or two about a group of people called Cubans. I’ll keep this brief because I’m about to head out. I’ve only just gotten online. Coachella was an absolute blast. So much good music, so many kind people, so many tattoos. Right now I’m in our hotel, enjoying the comfort of an actual bed instead of the thin sleeping bag I was on for the past 4 nights. Even so, I have practically no complaints about Coachella. It’s an event I want to attend yet again, hopefully with more people next time. Thanks for the birthday wishes. I haven’t been able to check my voicemail because my cellphone service doesn’t cover long distance and blah blah blah. But I’ve received plenty of kind text messages which I CAN check. I hope everyone is enjoying their newfound freedom from school and I will attempt to contact you all when I get back to Miami later this week. As promised, I took plenty of photos and videos. Being 22 is great so far!
