		<description>Audio Books are the way to Go ... I read {heard} my first book at the gym last semester. It was Billy Grahms Biography "Just as I am" (courtesy of Rey DeArmas)- It wasn't the best workout mix, but at least I got through it!  I'm gonna be checking out Audible.com - it sounds interesting.</description>
