Truer words were never spoken. I’m in the process of recovering from a half-root canal and it is NOT fun. The right side of my face is throbbing with unbearable pain. I’ve got a pill I have to take every 4 hours and it puts me to sleep. I’m terrified to go to school because I think I’ll fall asleep behind the wheel or during a critique.

At this point I’ll take anything to stop the pain. How about a bat to the face, you say? If the bat is made of cotton, morphine, and perhaps even poutpourri, then yes. But I’ll take whatever you got. Just help me!
