Doc called me back and said my cholestorol was high. Time to get back into the gym and watch my diet some more. Man, I’m a loser. School makes it so difficult for me to go back to the dojo. When I go back there’s sure to be a new nickname waiting for me. My recent branding was “Amsterdam” because they thought I left the country this past summer.
It’ll be embarrassing to lose grappling matches to the guys I was teaching a few months ago. Health can really hurt your ego.
