Doc called me back and said my cholestorol was high. Time to get back into the gym and watch my diet some more. Man, I’m a loser. School makes it so difficult for me to go back to the dojo. When I go back there’s sure to be a new nickname waiting for me. My recent branding was “Amsterdam” because they thought I left the country this past summer.
It’ll be embarrassing to lose grappling matches to the guys I was teaching a few months ago. Health can really hurt your ego.

what about all that “physical health/workinout blahblah is very important to me” TALK. ..
(laugh) ;x
ps. it ain’t over bay-by! (the race)
Let’s just say these past 2 months I’ve been slacking. Crazy school schedule and all. You just watch, I’ll fix this soon.
I’ve been watching the morning news since I woke up (10 minutes ago) and I haven’t found a station that tells me who won the election! All I see is traffic and weather! GOSH!
I won the elecktion. wait… can i spell? vote 4 me!
oh and eat foods with alot of fiber to help lower your cholestrol. like… corn.
peace.
For the record, corn does NOT qualify as fiber. As for the return to the dojo, maybe a little butt-kickin’ will provide motivation for serious health reform. Isn’t that how this martial arts stuff works? The sound of one hand clapping? I’ve watched all three “Karate Kid” movies, so I should know what I’m talking about.
P.S. I may be back in the blogosphere.
Yoooo Nolan!
Yeah, I’m thinking the act of hurting other people will help me out. Welcome back to the internet, my friend.
corn helps reduce your cholestorol. I was just tested on this.. if you must know the specifics.
When corn is eaten, our body lacks the enzymes to break it down. Bile attaches itself to the corn, to help in the process of excretion. We release the waste. Our body uses cholestorol to make more bile. Your cholestorol has been lowered.
