I seem to have lost my sketchbook recently, though I can’t pinpoint the exact day it happened. I carry 2 sketchbooks with me all the time, my small black one (the one missing), and my slightly larger brown one (my WARP book). I made sure to put my address on both of them, but I neglected to put my phone number on the one I lost. It could be anywhere. Some of the places I think it may be are: one of many museums and galleries I visited in the past month, my friend Charity’s car, somewhere in school, or wedged somewhere on the metrorail. I tend to feel very nonchalant about losing things because they usually appear within a week, but this baby has been gone for over 2 weeks now and I’m starting to panic.
One of my goals for this website is to transform it into a digital sketchbook with images of paintings, websites, ideas, writings, poems, editorials, and anything else that spills out of this soul of mine. This is a much more difficult task when I lose the material I’m supposed to present. What a major bummer. Oh well, I have a few more sketchbooks here at home and I’m still working on my WARP book (now and then). Speaking of which, I’d better get started on some homework.
Oh yeah, YAY FOR THE MARLINS.
