I wonder how businesses view the idea of naptime. I fear that in the future when I have a full time job I shall require at least a 45 minute nap at the workplace. My body seems to require it. Right when 3:00pm hits I find myself getting a little woozy and the eyelids getting a little heavy. I’ve been taking 1 to 2 hour naps recently and it just seems like a good thing. I just woke up from mine, which means I now have to get started on some tasks.
Howdy

I recommend you evaluate your diet and fluid intake throughout the day. Eating too infrequently will cause energy level spikes that the Nod Monster takes advantage of. If you experience that kind of drowsiness, you may not be eating either a good enough breakfast or you go too long before eating lunch. The 3-meal/day is a myth. The human body was never meant for that kind of caloric stream. Also, you should be drinking plenty of water, especially since you are a JKDer.
naps rule
Generally work places don’t mind if you crawl under your desk and take a little snooze. They probably won’t even notice if you sleep in a little late in the morning either. “Anything to increase productivity while you are actually working!” they will screem. Then they fire you… don’t ask.
Fascinating. Never been fired before. At least I’ll be well rested when they do it.
3:00 pm? I’ve found that I always get tired around 2:00, 2:30, but I never take time out to nap cause I’m usually in school.
I know the feeling! I always seem to get tired around 12:30 pm, right afterI eat lunch ofcourse, then I always struggle between: “Do I take a nap, or study?” My nap usual wins. Napping is GOOD
